Chocolate Muffins with Cocoa

I will tell and show you how to make chocolate muffins with cocoa. The result is a fluffy baked product with a more delicate flavor than chocolate muffins. Serve them with milk for breakfast, kids will love it!

Servings: 8
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 175 Grams
- Sugar – 120 Grams
- Butter – 120 Grams
- Milk – 100 Grams
- Cocoa powder – 30 Grams
- Baking powder – 10 grams
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
Directions
- Sift the cocoa flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add sugar and stir.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter (room temperature), and milk together.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir with an electric mixer at very low speed to only mix the ingredients. You can also stir with a wooden spatula.
- You should get a not very thick, homogeneous mixture.
- Fill 8 muffin tins with cocoa dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the finished muffins cool on a wire rack on the table and serve warm for tea or coffee.
