Ingredients

• 150 ml milk, low in fat
• 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon honey, liquid
• 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
• 1 pinch (s) cardamom powder
• 5 tablespoon milk

Instructions

1. Heat milk, cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan while stirring and pour into a glass or mug.
2. Also heat the 5 tablespoons of milk in a small saucepan and froth up with a milk frother. Put milk foam on top of the cocoa and dust with a little cinnamon.
