Ingredients
- 300 g spelled flour
- 100 g almonds, round
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g coconut oil
- 5 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 teaspoons gingerbread spice or similar
- 240 g date (s)
- 200 ml water, hot

- Pour the hot water over the dates and leave to soak for half an hour. Meanwhile, melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and then let it cool down a little.
- After the soaking time, puree the dates with the water. Mix the dry ingredients together and now add the date butter and the melted coconut oil. Knead everything into a dough.
- Now do not roll out the dough too thick and cut out cookies. Bake at 170 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
