Ingredients
Minced beef – 450 g
Cheddar cheese (cut into thin slices) – 4 slices (15 g each)
Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
Tomatoes – 4 slices
Mayonnaise – 8 teaspoon
Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.
Vegetable oil
Burger buns (fried) – 4 pcs.
Directions
Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the minced meat into 4 equal parts, form flat round cutlets.
Place patties on an oiled wire rack and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Put 1 slice of cheese on each cutlet and cook for about 1 minute more. Transfer the cutlets to a plate and rest a little.
Cut the buns in half. Grease each of the 4 base halves with 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise, put 1 cutlet, a slice of tomato, and lettuce on top. Cover the cheeseburger with the other half of the bun. Serve cheeseburgers right away.
