Instructions

  1. First, the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, are mixed together. You then put this flour mixture on the work surface and make a well in the middle with your hands. The egg is then placed in this hollow and the butter is spread around the outside. Then knead everything with your hands until you have a cookie dough that is not too sticky. If the dough is a bit too soft for you, you can simply put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Then you can roll it out as thick as you want and cut out cookies.
  2. They are then baked in a preheated oven at 190 ° C top / bottom heat for 7-10 minutes.
  3. Before decorating, the cookies should first cool down, then they can be decorated with chocolate, icing, sprinkles, etc. as desired. This is of course particularly fun with children.
