Cookies “Almond Leaves”

Cookies “Almond leaves” or “Pochemuchki”. Because I made these cookies for Lyubochka-Pochemuchka and, of course, they cook for everyone !!! Who knows me, he knows that I have almost all the recipes – saving your time. The motto is “Fast and tasty”. In 3 minutes the dough is ready, and in 15 minutes – a whole vase of delicious, crispy cookies with almond flavor !!!

Ingredients

  • Almonds (chopped or chopped) – 300 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 75 g
  • Sugar – 250 g
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Chicken egg – 5 pieces
  • Vanilla sugar – 15 g
  • Salt (pinch)

Directions

  1. Stir sugar + flour + almonds (I have chopped) + salt + vanilla sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs separately.
  3. Gradually add a mixture of nuts, flour, sugar, etc. At the very end, add softened butter.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We spread the dough with a teaspoon at a distance of at least 2.5 cm from each other and put it in the oven for literally 2-3 minutes. While the cookies are baking, prepare the second batch.
  5. Remove the finished cookies by pressing a little along the edges.
