Ingredients
- 125 g butter or mararine, soft
- 125 g suar
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
For the filling:
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 point vanilla pudding powder
- 0.75 ¾ cup (s) oil
- 2 cup milk
- 500 g quark

- Knead 125g butter, 125g sugar, 250g flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg into a smooth dough and place in a springform pan. Line the bottom and edge, approx. 3 - 4 cm high, with it.
- Mix 500g quark, 1 egg, 150g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 1 vanilla pudding, 3/4 cup oil, 2 cups milk and place in the springform pan lined with batter. Bake at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
- The cheesecake can also be topped with apple pieces, tangerines or other fruits before adding the quark mixture. It just tastes great.
