  • 1 kg quark
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 125 g mararine
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 5 tablespoon semolina
  • 3 egg (s), according to size
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 lemon (s), juice + grated. Bowl

Instructions

  1. Mix everything with the mixer so that there are no lumps; Put in a greased springform pan and bake. If necessary, cover with baking paper towards the end of the baking time so that the cake does not get too dark. After cooling, turn it out and dust with powdered sugar.
  2. Baking time: 160 degrees hot air 50-60 minutes
