Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or about 5 chicken legs
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 bunch soup greens
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chicken broth, instant
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove (s)
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 2 liters water

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken or the legs with the soup greens, bay leaf and clove in the water until it is nice and soft. Let cool and loosen the meat from the bones. Collect the chicken broth or mix the instant broth.
  2. Finely chop the onion and let it glaze in the butter, then add the flour and sweat it briefly. The whole thing is topped up with the broth. Stir well and let it boil down a little. Add the capers and season the sauce with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the sour cream and pull into the sauce, but don`t let it boil anymore! Meat in and done. Rice goes well with this. (I cook it with a bay leaf, it tastes delicious).
