Instructions

  1. Peel, grate and squeeze the raw potatoes. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Now mix the salt, pepper, egg and the onions into the potato dough. Heat the oil in a large pan or cast iron roaster. Pour in the potato mixture. Constantly turning and picking apart so that many crumbs can form.
  2. Serve with applesauce and salad.
