Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 3 pear (s)
  • 300 g plum (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter, core and cut the apples and pears. Wash the plums, cut in half and also cut into pieces.
  2. Mix the fruits with sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to the boil slowly over a low heat while stirring. Simmer until the pears are almost soft. Add the lemon juice and bring to the boil again. If you like, you can puree the fruit a little now.
  3. You can serve the puree warm or cold. Warm e.g., to potato pancakes, semolina etc. It tastes cold, for example. B. mixed with yoghurt or quark or with cold pudding etc.
