- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup cocoa powder (Kaba, Nesquick etc.)
- 3 cup hazelnuts, ground
- 2 cup flour
- 1 point baking powder
- 1 cup mineral water

- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add oil, cocoa powder, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sparkling water and stir well. Fill into a greased bundt cake or springform pan and bake at 150-170 ° C in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 50 minutes.
- After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
