French Waffles

Ingredients

  • Flour – 350 Grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Milk – 200 Grams
  • Eggs – 5 Pieces
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 To taste

Directions

  1. First, mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the flour along with melted butter and milk, mix until smooth.
  2. Whisk the whites in a blender together with vanilla sugar into a fluffy foam, add to the dough, mix.
  3. Now, with the help of a waffle iron, we bake wonderful waffles
  4. That’s it! Put it on a plate and serve
