Ingredients

  • 400 g tofu
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon peanut cream
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • Chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu, squeeze it out, cut into small cubes and marinate in soy sauce for about 2 hours.
  2. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic and sauté both in peanut oil. Add tofu and fry. Add coconut milk and peanut cream, season with chili powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Clean, dice or chop the zucchini, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli and cook in water until soft as required. Drain and drain. Briefly fry the vegetables and season with soy sauce. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
  4. Serve everything together with basmati rice.
