Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 50 g ham (e.. Katenrauch), cut into cubes
  • 500 g dumplins, half and half, mini, or from the day before, cooked, quartered
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the chives and cut into rolls.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the onion and ham cubes in it. Add the dumplings and fry until golden brown.
  3. Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper, then stir in the chives. Pour the egg mixture over the dumplings and let it set over low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Wash, core and dice the tomato and sprinkle over the dumplings before serving. Fresh salad tastes good with it.
