Homemade Minced Meat Cutlets

This is a recipe for working housewives. We fry homemade minced meat cutlets for dinner, ready-made.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Egg (yolk) – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • White bread (pulp) – 80 g
  • Milk – 50 g
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 30 ml (or how much it will take)

Directions

  1. For homemade minced meat cutlets, first soak the bread in milk (no crust).
  2. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Peel the onion, finely grate, add to the minced meat. Put the soaked bread in a bowl with minced meat. Add the yolk. Mix the minced meat well until smooth and beat off.
  3. Form minced meat patties with wet hands. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put cutlets in hot oil. Fry cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Put homemade minced meat cutlets in a cauldron, pour 2-3 tbsp of boiling water. Put on fire, cover with a lid. Simmer on the lowest heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Homemade minced meat cutlets are ready. Serve meat patties with your favorite side dish or vegetable salad.
