  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Jam (strawberry or raspberry jam)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with sugar until very creamy. Embezzle the egg. Mix baking powder with flour and fold into the egg butter mixture.
  2. Now shape the dough into balls the size of a table tennis ball and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a well in the center of the biscuits with your thumb. Put about a teaspoon of jam in this.
