  • Butter – 150 g
  • Sugar – 0.25 tbsp
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1.5 cups
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cheese – 200-300 g
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (from 1 clove to head) – to taste

  2. Sift flour. Turn on the oven.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. The oil should be warm.

  7. Pour flour in portions and knead the dough.

  11. Mix the cheese with an egg and a spoonful of sour cream, add finely chopped garlic.
  12. Mix well. The filling is ready.
  13. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
  14. Roll out the dough in the form of round cakes. The thickness of the dough after rolling should not exceed 0.5 cm. You can bake khachapuri in a pie tin and on a baking sheet.
  15. Place the cheese filling on the bottom cake.
  16. Cover with a second flatbread, fold the edges of the upper flatbread under the lower one.
  17. Beat the chicken egg.
  18. Grease the top with an egg and pierce in several places with a fork. Place the baking sheet with khachapuri on the middle shelf.
  19. Bake khachapuri with cottage cheese for 45 minutes over low heat (180 degrees).
