Khachapuri with Sour Milk and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Sour milk – 100 Milliliters
  • Wheat flour – 250 grams
  • Cheese – 200 Grams
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine sour milk with baking soda and leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Sift the flour with salt and sugar in a separate bowl.
  4. Add milk and egg to flour.
  5. Knead the dough.
  6. Divide the dough into several pieces.
  7. Roll the dough into a flat circle, place the cheese filling in the center.
  8. Connect the edges of the dough in the center, turn the cake over and gently roll it out.
  9. Fry the khachapuri in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  10. Khachapuri with sour milk and cheese are ready.
