  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Boil everything together with 300-500 ml of water for 5 minutes. Keep this porridge warm for about 2 hours so that it can swell (e.g. in a thermos). When you take it out, the Kruska still has to steam.
  2. In addition, fruit compote or soaked dried fruit.
