Ingredients

  • 4 large potato (s), (1 = approx. 300 - 00g, best Agria variety)
  • Cheese, (Gouda or to taste)
  • butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wrap one potato each in aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then take it out and cut it open in the middle (do not halve the 8-tung! But cut it so that approx. 1 cm of bottom remains).
  2. Pull the potato apart a little, salt and add some butter and cheese, wait until it has melted a little and then mash it with a fork so that the butter-cheese mixture mixes with the inside of the potato - continue doing this until it has a mushy paste consistency.
  3. And now fill as you wish:
  4. e.g. vegetarian:
  5. Coleslaw, olives, corn, carrots, peas, pickles, ketchup, or mayonnaise
  6. Sauce of your choice
  7. Hawaii:
  8. Pineapple, sausage, ketchup, mayonnaise or sauce of your choice
  9. chicken
  10. Chicken, pickles, mushrooms, coleslaw, ketchup, mayonnaise or sauce of your choice
  11. Fish:
  12. Tuna, prawns, olives, carrots, onions, corn, ketchup, mayonnaise or sauce of your choice
  13. Mexican:
  14. spicy minced beef, pickled peppers, beans, pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise or sauce of your choice
