Lean Coconut Macaroons with Poppy Seeds

Today I tried to change the recipe for coconut cookies a little and it turned out to be even tastier cookies. I liked these cookies more than, for example, shortbread.
Cook: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- Coconut flakes (white) – 4 tbsp
- Wheat flour / Flour – 4 tbsp
- Almonds (flakes) – 2 tbsp
- Poppy – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil (or other vegetable oil, except olive oil) – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon – 1 pinch
- Nutmeg – 1 pinch.
- Salt – 1 pinch.
- Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Add a little bit of hot water and stir until dough.
- With hands dipped in water, we form cookies (1 teaspoon per cookie) and spread on a baking sheet (12 pcs.)
- Furnace 20 min. at 180 gr.
