Ingredients

  • 300 g fish (herrin fillet)
  • 500 g yourt, 1.5% fat
  • 2 apples, e.g. Jonah Gold
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, coarser
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, cut the apple into small strips and the fillet into large pieces. Mix with the mustard and yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. It is better to be a little more careful with the salt, as the herring will still follow. Let it steep for at least an hour.
  3. Jacket potatoes go well with it.
