Ingredients
- 300 g fish (herrin fillet)
- 500 g yourt, 1.5% fat
- 2 apples, e.g. Jonah Gold
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, coarser
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

- Finely dice the onion, cut the apple into small strips and the fillet into large pieces. Mix with the mustard and yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- It is better to be a little more careful with the salt, as the herring will still follow. Let it steep for at least an hour.
- Jacket potatoes go well with it.
