Put a glass of clear honey, if possible not too cold, into a mixing bowl. Cut the raw marzipan mixture into small pieces and add to the honey in the mixing bowl. Mix the whole thing with a hand mixer first on a low level and then for about 3-4 minutes on the highest level, until the marzipan is well mixed with the honey. Last but not least, all you have to do is pour the finished marzipan honey into a suitable glass. If you want, you can refine the finished honey with vanilla. Simply add a vanilla pod, cut lengthways, to the honey jar. The marzipan honey should of course be given enough time to absorb the vanilla aroma.
