  • 150 g couverture or chocolate, white
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Mix the chocolate pieces, sugar, egg and some whipped cream together in a bowl and heat in a water bath to around 90 ° C so that the water is already boiling but not yet boiling! Mix with the hand blender on the highest setting for about 5 minutes while adding the amaretto. Then stir in the rest of the whipped cream and beat again briefly.
  2. Pour into 2 medium-sized bottles, let cool and store in the refrigerator.
