Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 180 g cheese, rated Greyezer
  • 0.5 ½ cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some cumin
  • some sesame
  • some poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients (except egg yolks, caraway seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds) and refrigerate for one to two hours.
  2. Roll out in portions (approx. 4-6 mm thick).
  3. Cut out cookies and brush with egg yolk.
  4. Scatter caraway seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds on top.
  5. Bake at 200 ° C for 8-10 minutes.
