- Corn groats – 400 g
- Water – 1.25 L
- Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
Directions

- Pour cereals into boiling salted water gradually in a continuous stream, stirring all the time.
- Cook the hominy over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
