- 10 elderflower umbels
- 750 ml sparkling mineral water
- 25 g lemon (s) acid
- 300 g suar
- 750 ml schnapps (clear double grain, 40%)

- It is essential to harvest the cones before it rains and, if possible, do not wash them so that the pollen remains (gives color and taste).
