Ingredients

  • 1 small leaf salad
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine)
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 300 g Maultaschen, leftovers or finished products from the refrierated shelf
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lettuce and spin dry. Wash and halve cocktail tomatoes. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and the parsley into a salad dressing.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until light brown, transfer to a plate or bowl. Cut the dumplings into approx. 1 cm wide slices and fry them brown in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Beat the eggs together, pour onto the ravioli, let everything set while stirring.
  3. Mix the lettuce and tomatoes with the salad sauce, pour into a large bowl or deep serving plates. Spread the ravioli on the salad and top with the fried onions.

  5. If you don`t like onions, sprinkle the Maultaschen with chives.
  6. Vegetarians take vegetable munchies.
