  • 2 slices cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli in the broth. Let cool down briefly, cut lengthways. It is best not to cut through completely, that makes things a little more stable.
  2. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in each. Fold the Maultaschen together and then bread them, first turn them in flour, then pull them through the beaten egg and finally cover them with breadcrumbs.
  3. Then fry the Maultaschen in the pan over medium heat until the cheese has melted.
  4. A fresh mixed salad goes perfectly with it.
