Chicken Rolls “Cordon Blue” (in the Oven)

Do you want to cook a tasty and quick meal? Then this recipe is for you! Excellent rolls “Cordon Bleu” (Le Cordon Bleu) from the chicken fillet, with the addition of ham and cheese, baked in the oven. Delicious dinner for one-two-three! The whole family loves it!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
  • Ham (any) or sausage – 3 slices
  • Cheese (any) – 3 slices
  • Butter – 3 thin slices
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Bread crumbs – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into 3 thin slices, cover with cling film or a plastic bag, and beat off with a kitchen hammer.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, or other spices.
  3. Place a slice of ham (or sausage) and cheese on each piece of chicken.
  4. Roll up the stuffed chicken fillet.
  5. Breaded chicken rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs. Send chicken rolls to a fireproof mold.
  6. Place butter on top of each roll.
  7. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Chicken rolls “Cordon Blue” with ham and cheese are ready. Bon Appetit!
