Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, fresh or frozen
  • 3 bell peppers, green, yellow, red
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Ketchup
  • 1 bag cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • garlic
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice onions and peppers and fry in a little oil. Then mix with the minced meat and egg. Now season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic.
  2. If necessary, defrost the puff pastry according to the instructions on the packet, roll out and spread the minced meat on top. Spread the ketchup generously over the top and sprinkle the cheese over it.
  3. Now shape a nice roll out of the puff pastry and press the ends a little so that nothing leaks out during baking and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approx. 40 minutes at 225 ° C (fan oven). Green salad and baguette go well with it.
