Microwave Chocolate Pudding

by Editorial Staff

A very quick and easy microwave pudding recipe. You can make the process of making this dessert even easier if you buy ready-made chocolate sauce. Although, making it yourself is elementary.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Butter – 90 g
  • Sugar – 2/3 cup
  • Large eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour- ¾ glass
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoon.
  • Ground almonds – ¼ cup
  • Chocolate sauce:
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Chocolate – 125 g
  • Fat cream (for whipping) – 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a microwave or saucepan over low heat and cool slightly. Beat eggs and sugar using a mixer until fluffy. Add sifted cocoa flour and baking powder. Add almonds and melted butter. Whisk the mixture well until light, airy.
  2. Place the dough in a pudding dish (microwave safe). Cover and microwave on high power for 5-6 minutes. To freeze the chocolate pudding for future use, cool it down and wrap it in two layers of cling film. Defrost the pudding in the fridge and reheat in the microwave for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate chunks in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the cream. The sauce can also be frozen in an airtight container, thawed in the refrigerator and reheated in the microwave, stirring every half minute.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chocolate pudding and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
