Ingredients

  • g 1,750 minced meat
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 rolls
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.75 ¾ Bottle sauce (gypsy sauce)
  • 1 large can (s) mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g beef jerky
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat, eggs and soaked rolls, season with pepper, salt and paprika.
  2. Distribute the mixture evenly on the baking sheet. Steam the paprika.
  3. Dice the beef, fry. Cut the onions into rings, steam them.
  4. Spread the gypsy sauce evenly on the minced meat, add the mushrooms, spread the peppers over the top, and finally the onions.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees, served with white bread and lettuce or potato salad.
