  • 300 g mushrooms, white, fresh
  • 1 lemon (s) or lime
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • oil
  • cream

Instructions

  1. Carefully clean the mushrooms, cut into thin slices and place on a platter. Make a dressing with salt, freshly ground pepper, sugar, lemon juice and cream / oil as well as the finely chopped Knofi. Pour this over the mushrooms and sprinkle with the chopped parsley and chilli. Can be steeped in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
