- 30 g oatmeal
- 55 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 g butter, melted
- 1 small apple or /2 large apple
- 1 egg (s)

- Peel, core and grate the apple. Knead all ingredients together. Place 2 teaspoons of dough on a baking sheet and bake at 170 ° C (fan-assisted) for 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are crispy and brown.
