Directions
Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices. chop hot fresh pepper.
Peel the stalk of celery from tough fibers using a peeler or knife. Cut into small cubes.
Peel the carrots and also cut them into small cubes.
Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and white partitions and cut into small cubes.
