Ingredients

  • 200 g mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 sheets gelatin, white
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 1 kg mixed fruit
  • 3 pack cake icing, course
  • 750 ml water
  • 6 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine smoothly with the mixer, gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar, keep stirring until a thickened mass is formed.
  2. Gradually stir in 4 eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in portions. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet (approx. 30 x 40 cm), put a baking frame around it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes. Then let the soil cool down.
  3. Soak the gelatine in cold water for the topping (see instructions on the package). Prepare a pudding from pudding powder, sugar and milk. Stir the squeezed out gelatine into the hot pudding and let it cool down a little. Then fold in the creme fraiche. Spread the custard cream on the floor.
  4. Clean the fruit, wash it, cut it accordingly and spread it on the pudding cream.
  5. Now prepare the icing with water, sugar and icing and distribute it on the cake.
