Pancake Appetizer with Cheese and Red Fish

Pancakes with red fish and cream cheese are a luxurious dish that is perfect for a festive table. Preparing an appetizer quickly and easily!

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Sugar – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese – 200 g
  • Lightly salted salmon – 100 g

    Additionally:

  • Refined sunflower oil – for greasing the frying pan and frying pancakes

Directions

  1. Let’s start by making pancakes. Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt by hand. Mix with slightly warmed milk.
  2. Add wheat flour in 2 stages, mix until the lumps disappear, pour in vegetable oil. Mix the pancake dough again and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat the frying pan well, grease with vegetable oil, and pour the dough into the pan with a small ladle, distributing it throughout the pan.
  4. Bake thin pancakes over medium heat for 40-50 seconds on one side at first. Turn over and bake for another 20-30 seconds.
  5. Cut the salmon into strips 3-5 cm long.
  6. Grease each pancake with cream cheese put several pieces of salmon on it and roll the pancake with cheese and red fish into a roll.
  7. We cut the roll into 2-3 parts. Cut the edges so that the pancakes are even.
  8. The pancake appetizer with cream cheese and red fish is ready!
