Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • salt
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 250 ml cream
  • 50 g Gouda, rated or Parmesan
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. For the base, knead the flour, water, a pinch of salt and butter. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. For the topping, peel and dice the onions and garlic. Braise in oil. Let cool down.
  3. Wash the chives dry and cut into small rolls. Mix with the peas.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Grease a tart pan.
  5. Roll out the dough, place it in the form and pull up the edges. Spread the onion and garlic mixture on the bottom, then pour the peas on top.
  6. For the topping, whisk the eggs with the cream. Salt and pepper, stir in the cheese and pour everything over the peas.
  7. Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes.
