  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 400 g flour
  • 8 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Raisins
  • Sugar, to roll over

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, quark and eggs together. Stir in the flour. Mix the milk and baking soda. Stir into the batter. Wash the raisins and stir into the batter. Bake the dough teaspoon by teaspoon in hot frying fat. Roll the peppers in sugar while still hot.
