  • 500g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • Sugar to roll out

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, butter, eggs and crumbled yeast together and knead well until a homogeneous dough forms. Halve the dough and roll a sausage 3 cm thick.
  2. Cut off pieces as wide as your thumb. The pieces are now rolled out on a handful of sugar. But not too thin, they should stay about 1 cm thick.
  3. Now place the sugar side up on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake at 200 ° C for about 8-10 minutes. The cookies shouldn`t turn brown!
