Pork Kebab with Curry

Pork shashlik with curry with orange juice is an original and unusual recipe for a long-known dish. 

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin – 450 g
  • Orange juice – 3 tbsp
  • Yellow curry paste – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into 3 cm pieces
  2. In a bowl, combine orange juice and curry paste.
  3. Transfer the meat to a bag, add the dressing, stir, leave for 4-24 hours to marinate.
  4. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Dry the meat, string the pieces on wooden skewers, leaving 0.5 cm between the pieces. Put the kebabs on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake kebabs for 12-15 minutes, until tender.
