  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olives
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ml ⅛ white wine
  • ml ⅛ chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Madeira
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • Ginger, fresh, 1 cm
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 glass horseradish cream
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut 6 minute steaks into strips. Fry 1 large onion and manzanilla olives in oil in a pan. Add the meat and continue to fry. Add sesame seeds and brown them lightly. Deglaze with 125 ml chicken stock and 125 ml white wine. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 shot of Madeira, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of sugar, a little pepper and 1 cm of ginger and 1 chopped garlic. Let it simmer gently. Finally add 1 glass of horseradish cream and thicken the sauce.
  2. Serve with potatoes and radish lamb`s lettuce.
