Ingredients

  • 600 g jacket potato (s)
  • 30 g butter, melted
  • 30 grams flour
  • 375 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 75 g processed cheese
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g tomato (s), cut into pieces
  • 50 ml meat broth
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • nutmeg
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices. Make a roux with butter and flour. Deglaze with milk. Let the seasoning and the processed cheese dissolve in it.
  2. Fry the minced meat in hot oil and season. Add the tomatoes and the meat stock. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Butter a baking dish. Alternately pour in potatoes and minced meat, pour the bechamel sauce over them and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and grill for another 10 minutes.
