Potato Tartlets with Seafood

Potato tartlets with seafood, cheese and red caviar are an excellent appetizer for a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Potato tartlets – 6 pcs.
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Mayonnaise – to taste
  • Boiled shrimps – 5 pcs.
  • Mussels (ready-made, preserves) – 5 pcs.
  • Red caviar – to taste
  • Fresh dill – for decoration

Prepare the ingredients for the seafood, cheese and red caviar tartlets. Prepare potato tartlets according to the recipe indicated in the product list.

Directions

  1. Grate cheese and mix with mayonnaise (for those who like a spicy snack, you can add a little garlic).
  2. Fill the tartlets with cheese mass.
  3. Peel the shrimp from the shell and head. Place the shrimps on top of the cheese.
  4. Add one mussel to each tartlet.
  5. Add some caviar.
  6. Decorate with dill on top. Potato tartlets with seafood and cheese are ready. Bon Appetit!
