Pumpkin with Champignons (in the Microwave)

Pumpkin and champignon ragout is very easy to cook in the microwave. It will take longer to prepare foods than to cook them!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 250 g
  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Onions – 30 g
  • Dried basil – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Parsley greens – 2-3 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil (optional) – 0.25-0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Grease the dishes in which the stew will be cooked with vegetable oil. Or you can cook the stew without oil, in which case rinse the dishes with water. Put the onion in the prepared dish, cook at full power without a lid for 1 minute.
  3. At this time, peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
