• 1 liter orange juice, (no nectar!)
• 1 liter wine, white Burgundy
• 300 ml Cointreau
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 4 clove (s)
• 4 grains allspice
• 2 star anise
• 1 piece (s) Macis, small

Instructions

1. Pack the spices in a spice bag and, if necessary, roughly chop them with a hammer.
2. Slowly heat orange juice, white wine and spices to boiling point (do not boil!)
3. Now pour in the Cointreau, let it steep again and that`s it. The Cointreau can of course also be dosed individually, so to speak as a shot, and added to the finished punch when pouring.
