Salmon Ceviche in Sweet and Sour Marinade

National dishes of Latin America are an explosive mixture of traditions. Ceviche is a cold seafood appetizer, served with sweet potatoes or corn.

Ingredients

  • salmon fillet 175 g
  • oranges 1 pc.
  • avocado ½ pc.
  • lime ½ pc.
  • lemon ½ pc.
  • chives 2 feathers
  • mayonnaise 2 tablespoon
  • honey 1 teaspoon
  • ground red pepper 2 g
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Ripe, juicy fruits of lemon, orange, lime, wash and cut in half.
  2. Squeeze the juice.
  3. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and salt to taste.
  4. Pour the fish with citrus juice, put in the cold for 45 minutes.
  5. Cut the avocado into thin slices, add chopped chives or chives.
  6. Drain the fish fillets.
  7. Add mayonnaise, red ground pepper, honey to the marinade.
  8. Beat the mixture into a foam with a fork or whisk.
  9. Combine the fish with avocado and onion, season with mayonnaise sauce, and serve immediately.
