Ingredients
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 5 tablespoon parsley
- 5 tablespoon chives
- Herbs, mixed, others your choice
- 3 cloves garlic

- Put the room temperature butter with the herbs in a bowl and mix. Press and add garlic cloves.
- If necessary, let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Tips: If the herb butter is to be served as a cream, just add a little cream, milk or water to stretch it.
- Garlic can also be left out.
